About the Role
Skill Stand In is looking for Senior Frontend Developers who can apply real-world JavaScript expertise to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems.
You will review AI-generated frontend solutions, judge whether they meet professional standards, and explain what a strong practitioner would accept or reject. No prior AI experience is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. You will not design or ship products.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated frontend code, components, and interface implementations written in JavaScript and related frameworks.
- Judge architectural choices, state management, and whether the solution would be scalable and maintainable in practice.
- Evaluate accessibility, responsiveness, and user-interface quality against professional frontend standards.
- Identify incorrect APIs, weak performance patterns, brittle markup, and missing test coverage.
- Provide constructive review comments that explain defects and what a correct implementation should look like.
- Compare AI outputs with practitioner expectations and defend your scoring with clear technical reasoning.
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based evaluations.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive professional experience with JavaScript and frontend development.
- Strong experience with React, Vue, Angular, or a comparable modern framework.
- Experience making or reviewing frontend architecture and state-management decisions.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and browser performance.
- Familiarity with automated testing, code review, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly in writing.
