About the Role
Skill Stand In is seeking healthcare professionals and biomedical experts to evaluate AI-generated medical content and improve the quality of healthcare AI systems.
Your expertise will help ensure AI-generated medical information is accurate, evidence-based, and clinically meaningful.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated clinical content, patient cases, and healthcare workflows for scientific validity.
- Validate medical claims against research papers, clinical guidelines, and current evidence.
- Identify unsupported claims, missing context, incorrect reasoning, and unsafe recommendations.
- Assess whether AI outputs communicate uncertainty and limitations the way a clinician would.
- Provide structured feedback that improves the clinical quality of healthcare AI systems.
- Score work against practitioner standards and explain banding decisions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality evaluations.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in medicine, healthcare, biomedical science, pharmacy, nursing, or clinical research.
- Ability to interpret medical literature and clinical evidence.
- Strong scientific communication skills.
- Experience with healthcare research or medical writing preferred.
- Comfortable reviewing unfamiliar cases and documenting findings clearly.
